ICBC:
We have partnered with ICBC to provide post-mva (motor vehicle accident) recovery care at no cost to you. ICBC’s Enhanced Accident Benefit covers 12 Massage Therapy treatments for the first 12 weeks after your accident:
1st visit: ICBC - Initial Assessment Visit (45 min)
2nd to 12th visit: ICBC - Subsequent Visit (30 min)
To avail of this benefit, we will require your:
ICBC Claim Number
Date of MVA (moving vehicle accident)
All parties involved in a moving vehicle accident are eligible for this benefit including pedestrians, cyclists, drivers and passengers.
If you haven’t already, please report your ICBC claim online or by phone at (604)520-8222 (ICBC’s Lower Mainland phone number).
After 12 weeks, if additional treatments are indicated, we can request an extension of benefits. ICBC may approve and extend your benefit coverage.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ICBC does not cover late cancellations and no-shows. Clinic policy on late cancellations and no-shows will apply. In the event that ICBC doesn’t cover your claim, patients are responsible for paying for their treatments.
WorkSafe/WCB:
We do not provide direct billing with WorkSafe/WCB. An official RMT receipt will be issued at the time of your treatment. You may then submit your receipt to WorkSafe for reimbursement.
Direct Billing:
We can do direct billing to major insurance providers as a courtesy to our patients. A Direct Billing Consent Form needs to be completed PRIOR to treatment if you would like us to submit your claim on your behalf.
